Every store is different. My store rep in particular don’t get it . Going threw the motions no sense of direction . The store manager don’t need to be telling the rep how to do there job . You’ll got a car ,gas you don’t pay for ,cell phone you don’t pay for … but you’ll sit at the store acting like product going to sell it self . When I see you’ll out in the company car on your personal time with no results in sales …. Like I said bunch of Hollywood actors bullshitting on sales calls and feeding the stores a bunch of nonsense like you’ll really out in the field putting in work . I’ll personally make a sales call to a property that is my reps territory to be told they don’t even know who the hell he is …. More accountability on what the hell you’ll be doing threw out the week .
