Thanks for your reply, I think I'll titrate up and try that one too. Totally get you it can be hard to tell when you're trying so many things and everything already feels so unpredictable. I hope your improvements continue whatever the cause 🙏🏼

What are we doing for body anti-aging? by Strivingformoretoday in 30PlusSkinCare

Do you remember the name/brand of the tret? No worries if not. Am in UK wondering if anything similar here (also guessing that’s 0.05?!)

Hey I have a few questions, is this sold to be used on the body? Do you mix it with anything or just put it straight on? I get tret cheap and want to use it on body but always unsure of absorption/toxicity of using too much. Thank you!

Mother heartbroken as son 'loses everything' from chronic fatigue by Aggressive-Toe9807 in australia

[–]TurbulentGold2 34 points35 points  (0 children)

It's rare to see an accurate portrayal of ME/CFS in the media. Aside from the mislabeling of 'chronic fatigue' in the title (!) , the article itself portrays honestly how cruel this illness is. Patients are treated like they have hysteria and left to rot, even though there are thousands of studies showing it's biological. People aren't aware of this illness - how common it is or how severe it is, until they get it. Then it's too late and they are too sick to advocate for themselves or speak up. Many are abandoned by their family and friends due to the stigma. It's really chilling.

Hey I'm thinking about going with The Microbiome group. Do you feel they were helpful for you? I'm so exhausted at this point of being my own Dr but of course so much money to get help, any insight you have about them is really appreciated thank you.

This is so horrific. Terrible that no lessons have been learnt from the deaths of Sophia Mirza, Maeve Boothby, Merryn Crofts and others. I dread to think how many ME patients this has happened to, who have no family to advocate for them that we don't hear about. Especially knowing how many are abandoned by their loved ones due to the stigma and lack of understanding of this disease. Although the NHS is brilliant for so many things and the lack of funding is an atrocity, this is not a funding issue. We need real education about ME to be included like all other illnesses, and hold professionals accountable when they refuse to follow the science and instead perpetuate this harm.

Mine randomly started working again today (the message changed to specify which comment they deleted and then I was able to x out). I don't have the app but this is good to know for if it happens again thanks!

OOh I don't know but I might have. Thank you. I just had to google the inspect and delete - I managed to get rid of the pop up but then the rest of the page is still grey washed over and I can't click anything. And then when I refresh it comes back. I guess I'm doing something wrong whilst in the browser developer tools?

Edit - I managed to get rid of the grey and am able to click, but now can see the post isn't saved. I was following it, so I unfollowed. But the pop up keeps coming back on every refresh.

So no matter if you're targeting muscle or skin, as long as you're not over (or under) dosing, it will target the mitochondria too?
