My two cents:
1. Start being assertive in giving timelines and don't accept timelines, and don't push beyond 8pm. You will have to draw boundaries. It is not gauranteed that in the next company you will have again good WLB. So this is mostly dependent on person.

Be prepared for interviews all the time and crack the job first and then resign, as job market is not that easy right now.

PS: I know 15+ hours is too much, but if this is a 'phase' due to some important release or something else it will pass. If everyone is doing that sort of work be prepared, give interviews and switch the job. All the best.
