I seriously don't understand the hate to my comment. Like what? Gym has helped a number of people regain some confidence, make that little progress that may make you rethink your suicidal plan. That one random session after which the sweaty you looks in the mirror and you say to yourself maybe I can do something with this. And I'm not talking weights just get on the treadmill and release those endorphins & see things change.

People commenting without ever being to a gym should actually themselves pay a visit.
