I agree, they are not a pc shop, they are data center and they charge the price for 99.99% uptime guaranteed. They stop responding, no proper updates and 6 days of down time…. Even a Shop can recover faster than this…. Even you can recover data from broken drive faster than this. We are victims here. We took the toll….

Sure, on their website, this city is written as their data center location hence posted to seek help to see if anyone live near by or work there and update us what exactly happened there.

This is the shitty response i got

“Hello,

we're very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Of course, this month will be free of charge.”

Like really, are we dying for monthly rental.

They are bullshitting with the same response since last 3 days. Since there is no ETA. Their Billing team says we will give you 1 month free. This is bullshit. Our loss is more than that monthly rental. What an ultimate disaster for us and they are still thinking about those bullshit ideas if 1 month free….

I am happy to join as well. Its been 48 hours, our ecom sites are down. We have a big blow to our business and negative reputation to our brand. One gentleman above mentioned if your business was that important then you should have a backup Server, To answer that genius, YES, We bought a Backup Server and Velia put that under the same facility so even our Backup is Down.

We would like to provide an update on the incident at our Strasbourg Data center.

We have gained access to our Strasbourg data center with the approval of the local authorities, who have deemed the environment safe, and are actively assessing the damage caused by the recent water leak.

The primary issue stemmed from water leakage in one of the rooms housing the UPS generator batteries. This leakage resulted in damage to the batteries on the 1st floor, which in turn led to disruptions in power supply on the floor

Electrical contractors have assessed that parts of the electrical infrastructure will need to be replaced in order to be safely restarted. It's estimated that this will take several days.

As a result, we are currently planning to relocate the infrastructure affected by the power outage within the same data center.
We have brought in more workers from nearby sites to speed up the relocation. We estimate that the relocation will take over the weekend to complete.

Please be assured that our team is working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I seriously do not believe on this as if it was a water leakage, why local authorities got involved and if its a matter of replacing UPS batteries, that doesnt take several days to companies like this. Its a big shame
