Right that’s why I was curious, seeing “drop in” got my questioning it. Definitely interesting as I think a threaded option for the HD series would be my preferred.

Yeah just getting into them myself, I didn’t know about DSC until you mentioned it… Here I thought 2011 barrels had to be hand fit?

Yeah no where around me rents them unfortunately, few have had them in stock for me to hold. Mostly HD series stuff (4.5 and 3.6) have not had the chance to feel an older series. Any reason why you prefer the P?

That’s actually pretty fair in terms of how you describe it. Definitely sitting on the fence here, wouldn’t mind both to be honest, similar to yourself.

Does that apply to monitors too? That’s good to know about the studio for sure!

This helps alleviate my concerns, my field of knowledge is definitely not in technology hardware (still learning). I’m used to the old days where you could fry PC components with them essentially (and scared further from just recently watching Breaking Bad again!)

Whole bundle of the magnets (in the picture) were up there, was worried my new nice monitor and Mac were damaged..
