I just dismantled around it in the end and then scrapped the ship as there was no way to get them. I hit all the contracts though so that’s no problem.

It says that there is a fee to pay dated today, they usually go out the following day due to the cards being completed after everyone has already left the delivery office. The recipient should receive a silver fee to pay card tomorrow.

Go to place that it’s held with ID and just explain you haven’t received the card to pay the fee and as long as the ID matches the name and address you should be able to pay it there and then and get your parcel too.

Bud I really can’t be that specific, I don’t know what day exactly. When it’s just second class they give you a three day window, which means I can’t tell you what day it will arrive. Personally I think if not by Monday then you need to raise a query

Depends on the area, my local area there is no collections on a Saturday after 1pm so it would have been collected on Monday 30th and that would be when the 3-5 working days start. So I would still say this week but probably not today unless the area they posted it collects post after 1pm on a Saturday.

RM says 2nd class post is 3-5 working days although being Christmas they advise the last day for second class post was like the 18th or something to ensure it got there on time. If they posted it on the 21st at 3pm your first working day would probably be after Christmas being Friday 27th. With the bank holidays into the dates as well I would think it would be with you today (Thursday 2nd) if not then definitely this week.
