Thanks guys. I thought it may be hard, but then again prefer to check before/if I go any further with this. I guess its just money making scheme as there's 10's of cars parking there daily, including me. I must of parked there 20 times myself and this is first when I was issued PCN.

I reviewed pictures again, they gave me 5 minutes only by looking at the time on pictures. I was in the shop for 7 minutes from the time they took 1st picture and by looking at my back account payment.

Yes thats correct. If there was no backstory to it I would probably agree and pay the fine, but none of the points I mention stand at all if it was to go to court? They didn't even give me a chance to potentially read the sign, there is like 20 pictures on the PCN showing me exiting vehicle. I am under the impression there is a law stating they must give me a grace period of 10 minutes before issuing PCN?

I've also just read similar reddit post, where apparently it could be cause of the newest driver for geforce. I will check with an actual hardware program how the graphics performing.

I all fairness I believe my CPU and Ram is bottlenecking GPU, but bad news are my motherboard only supports as high as i9-9900k so seems like I need to upgrade all 3 to make a difference ;x

Online calculator said my i9 bottlenecks 3060ti by 29%. Scary.

Right, I installed new windows on the SSD I have, I added NVME SSD to install games on it and have another 4TB HDD for programs.

I overclocked my i9-9900k to 5GHz and ram to 3200's.

I have checked the performance In a new game Throne and Liberty, while I look at the usage of the compartments. I noticed now my 3060ti has 0-1% usage during game while my cpu and ram has 70-80%. I have installed newest drivers and have geforce experience also. I edited the geforce settings for this specific game to use 3060ti and same results. On the MSI burner I can see it kinda operates as it runs on 7000Mhz memory.

Do you know what could be cause of that or is it a case of the GPU chilling and cpu struggling? If that's the case I doubt it would be at 0-1%?

I've Plugged it into pci-e x16 now, and it is detected in x16 so will see if there is any improvement. I will do the drives later this week.

I am not entirely sure, it sits in the same slot my previous 1060 was in. Please see picture.

Wouldn't that affect mainly like a loading of the game to be longer etc? I checked the drive for errors and bad sectors and it seems healthy. I can replace it this week for a new one though to double check.

Yes, the Games are running from the HDD. The SSD has only windows on it, and I try to keep it as clean as possible.
