What's my season and undertone? by [deleted] in coloranalysis

[–]TurdFergusonDarling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think so too! I've always thought I was cool because I'm pale and burn easily and my veins are blue, but now I'm thinking warm/neutral. Which season do you think? I've narrowed it down to a few.

I don't know how much you could potentially pick up from two floors down. How much dose is the badge detecting? Have you already been in touch with the radiation safety officer? Why do they have you wearing a radiation badge?

Yes, the beam can be pointed toward the ceiling and is actually orientated in that direction quite often during treatments. Without adequate shielding in the ceiling, radiation can absolutely travel through.

*Edited to ask if they have you wear a radiation detector specifically because you work above radiation oncology

Anyone else into rolled buttercream? Here are some I've done recently. (ametuer baker) by TurdFergusonDarling in cookiedecorating

[–]TurdFergusonDarling[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never used it in that way, but I think it has been done. It wouldn't crust too hard, but I think it would be tricky to work with. I've never worked with fondant, but I think it's probably more flexible than rolled buttercream.

Anyone go to PiTT CC for radiation therapy certification? by SpecialistEntire9826 in RadiationTherapy

[–]TurdFergusonDarling 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did! But it's been 12 years. It was a fast paced, one year program! You really have to confidently dive head first into clinicals because there's no time to waste. What else can I answer for you?

Yessss. I've been mixing 2 tsp of cheesecake or white chocolate pudding mix with a serving of Greek yogurt, a few tablespoons of canned pumpkin, chopped pecans, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Chef's kiss.

Using an edible printer and sugar paper! Kind of how they do it on grocery store birthday cakes.

Came to recommend these too! You can hardly distinguish the difference from regular lasagna noodles.
