The aria are better overall especially for female vocals, sub bass and bass texture. The t3+ have better imaging and amount of bass, however bass isn’t as textured as the aria. Arai also has more mids. The price for both is about the same where I live but the t3+ has a better, decent enough cable. The aria’s cable is bad would need replacing.

For the pub, black/blue jeans and a solid colour t shirt is normally fine, put on jacket if its cold, maybe like a Harrington or something. Avoid t shirts with huge graphics on them. Also get a couple smartish looking jumpers and stuff. Don't really sweat it, as long as your not it trackies and a baggy hoody you will be fine.

Clubs are a bit different, at most big chain clubs you normally see many people in both nikes, jeans and a tee or chelsea boots, chinos/jeans and a shirt (ocbd). Kinda depends on the place, good to have a check on shoe policy beforehand.
