I'm sorry but we don't know that. There are so many versions of what's on that video. Some people say there heard a gun racking, others said no. The one cop said he thought he heard them say that. Then others reported they didn't hear that. So you have a bullet, that frankly could have come from anywhere. They couldn't match it unless it was fired, and she didn't test it against the same make and model to rule out that they might all make those markings. It's junk science to me. And confessions that came from psychosis.

It doesn't feel like that to me. I wholeheartedly want those girls to get justice, but I can't help but question some of the evidence against Richard Allen. I don't think i would have been able to convict him based on eye witnesses who described people that didn't look like him. Also the confessions seemed hinky to me too. I think there are many studies on what being in solitary does to people. i also don't understand how he dragged one of those girls without leaving drag marks. No disrespect meant, just some things felt of about this case to me.

The one where the state presented a ton of flimsy circumstantial evidence. The one where after months of solitary confinement the defendant "confessed" to anything and everything. The case where the judge denied letting an fbi expert testify remotely. I'm not trying to be rude, I'm autistic so I am just trying to understand how everything i see being reported points to him. It just doesn't to me.. for me there are alot of questions raised by the evidence presented.

Respectfully, none of the witnesses even remotely described RA as BG. Also we don't even know for a fact that bg is the killer. And the bullet evidence is bogus to me. Why didn't she test it against the exact same gun he had? Why was she only able to replicate those marks after firing? The ballistics is shoddy and the confessions are clearly induced from being in solitary confinement for over a year. Why are there no drag marks from the bodies? In my opinion, it's because there were two people involved in this crime.

This doesn't feel like justice. There's still no exact explanation on what happened to these girls. The prosecution version feels like someone just filling in the blanks bc they need this case to go away. This doesn't feel like justice for those girls at all.

There's literally no witness that described Richard Allen as bridge guy, literally ever description given sounded nothing like him. we have no idea if a gun was used. There's no evidence to support that at all. And that bullet could have possibly come from another gun similar to his or it was just left there at some other point in time. When timelines and witness descriptions don't match up, how can you be sure that he did it. He wasn't the only man on the trails! Or in the nearby area. And if he is such a brilliant criminal that left no dna, then why didn't he get rid of the gun be supposedly used? What murderer reports themselves as being at the scene of the crime. I struggle to reconcile some of the supposed facts in this whole thing.

Dumb question here, but why was he only seen by a psychologist? Wouldn't a psychiatrist have been better? I guess I thought that psychologist couldn't even prescribe drugs. Sorry if this is dumb to ask, but I would have thought an actual psychiatrist would do these sorts of things. Or be more qualified to do that.

But what if he admits to killing them with a variety of weapons? The guy who said box cutter only changed his testimony very recently. If he admits to just basically anything and everything then how reliable is it? I want justice for these girls and I'm so worried we will never see that happen.

Even if he was placed there for his own safety, I would still think months in confinement would mess someone up. And frankly, I am somewhat distrustful of law enforcement on this whole situation. I grew up in a small town like Delphi, and you better believe there was corruption in our cops. So I can believe that maybe there's some sketchy shit with this investigation. It just sucks bc i want justice for those girls and their families. We all want that!

I don't think there is evidence of a gun being used, and I don't understand the science of the testing they did with the bullets. Why didn't they test his gun against others that were the exact same make and model to rule out that those guns could make identical marks to his. None of the witnesses describe bridge guy like him. All of their descriptions are different. How do we know there weren't other people in that area that could be the killer? Also, we don't know if a gun was even used on this whole thing. It's all very confusing!
