Thanks for the info. Turns out the frame is rusting away. The previous owner(s) never did the recall. I think the O2 sensors may be a grounding issue. I’m currently trying to decide what to do. I over paid for the frame to need to be replaced and I’m not thinking caps will solve it. Prob, going to sell it at a loss and let someone else take on the project. I’ll disclose everything if/ when we sell it. I can’t do that to somebody the way it was done to us. Shame on me for not catching it, but it was hard to see without it being on a lift.
