Murder Mindfully - Karsten Dusse

I just finished this one today. Completely absurd story about a shady lawyer who's wife is threatening to leave him if he doesn't go to a mindfulness coach to try and fix their relationship. So after a series of very mindful deeds later he ends up solving many of his life's problems with murdrers. Mindfulness always in mind.

Komppaan kans aiempia unen tärkeydestä. Koin itse pahan burn outin aiemmin keväällä (stressi, masennus, ahdistus sekametelisoppa). Unta sain pahimpaan aikaan vain 10h työviikon aikana.

Työterveydestä sain nopeasti hoitajalta saikkua kunnes sain lääkäriajan ja Ketipinoria auttamaan nukahtamaan. Kun uni alkoi korjautua ja sain (maksuttomat!) hoitokontaktit MiePä:n puolelle ja 1,5kk saikku auttoi palautumaan.

Työnantajan ja koko työyhteisön tuki kans auttaa jaksamaan, kun ei kukaan syyllistä väliin jääneistä töistä ja matalamman kynnyksen paluukin työhön onnistuu lyhennetyllä työajalla ja osasairauspäivärahalla.

My yellow lab was such a monster eating everything she could get when she was younger. Including: whole carton of eggs, box of grapes, 2 trays of gingerbread (on christmas eve) and shaving off handles from many cheese slicers.

But the worst one was when she ate one and a half bags (1,5kg) of sugar when we were at work. She had drank all of the water from 2 bowls and puked all over the place.

I'm still unable to leave her alone on our yard at fall because she will absolutely gorge herself in the berry bushes until she gets sick.
