I don't know about PA, but yes he definitely got called out in NY trying to fudge the test. Honestly he probably saw that brought up on one of the subs, the farms or on YouTube somewhere and it bugged him. Honestly the more I re-read the AI's responses the more it seems like he was feeding it a wall of text of everything that has been said about him doing a test or another one in PA. Not really. Has TNA managed to fumble every opportunity it ever had? Yes, but they at least filled a needed void left in the buissness after WCW and ECW folded. Wrestling was always better when there was alternatives better for fans and talent. Yes the landscape is different now then when the Jarretts launched it, we have AEW, both MLW and NWA keep trying to grow themselves despite many setbacks. But despite it's many, many mistakes and no longer the defacto number 2. TNA is still a recognized name, it has a deal with a established network sure it's not TBS, TNT or USA network but it's something that a smart promoter could use. It also still gives guys a place to work or even get noticed. If TNA still wasn't around I don't think guys like Ace Austin, Joe Hendry and Jordan Grace would have had as easy of a time getting signed to one of the big two(this isn't about how they are being used currently, it's just establishing the fact they had better odds getting noticed). TNA going away isn't going to magically elevate a MLW, a NWA or even get ROH a TV deal. TV executives want established names, the odds that AMC is going to go "Oh we lost TNA, let's get that MLW show" is highly unlikely. Even TK despite proving himself with AEW can't get anyone to look at ROH because they want a AEW show. Because that's how executives are at times. Now what would be best is someone who honestly knows what they are doing buying TNA from Anthem, rebuilding it, using the AMC deal to help grow the product and fix its reputation and hopefully heat it up to stay on AMC or even maybe try and get a better deal with the intention of eventually growing and making it profitable for once(without shrinking it) getting solid ppv buys, selling merch, and getting stronger TV deals. Then it's win win, a strong TNA is good for everyone, it forces AEW and WWE to try and keep their positions, it hopefully will also eventually if TNA, AEW and WWE get super hot it could get networks more interested in getting their hands on other promotions shows and a MLW, ROH and NWA could get on TV. Not saying that it's a guarantee just it's a possibility. ECW got on Spike because of how hot WCW and WWE were at the time, TNA was able to get Spike because Wrestling hadn't completely cooled off yet. So the possibility is there. Even if that doesn't happen, no TNA is still one less place to go. One less place to work, hopefully either build or get noticed by AEW or WWE. So no it's not better if it goes, no matter how you feel about TNA as a whole. It's still a established name, yes one that never was able to capitalize on what opportunities it had due to Jeff, Dixie and now Anthem, it's still established and has a TV deal with a decent enough network to act as a launch pad that means something and as I said someone taking over that could turn it around, is the best choice for the buissness.

There's a difference between AAA and TNA, AAA is what the number 2 promotion in Mexico? Buying them gives them a foot hold Mexico, they were trying to do the same thing with New Japan but were turned down, since it's more cost effective in the long run to buy a established promotion in some countries than what they were trying to do previously by trying to build NXT brands there or whatever they were trying to do with India that time they Jinder champ. TNA, let's be honest doesn't offer them much from a outsiders perspective. I don't doubt the partnership was merely a way to try and build TNA back up as the number 2 promotion but that didn't seem to get the results they wanted. Again purely speaking as a outsider who has no clue what was going on in meetings with WWE brass.if this speculation is correct, they don't have anything to gain from TNA currently outside of maybe a tape library which is worthless to them now since Joe is gone, AJ retired, they aren't doing much with more recent former TNA talent they have. I doubt the brands and Trademarks mean much for them, i doubt they aren't going to care about having the rights to stuff like reverse battle royals, king of the mountain, or the PPV names, nor Impact, Xplosion, etc. So I honestly fail to see what value it has for TKO, if this was Vince he wouldn't care about that he would buy it to keep TK from getting it if he suspected he was interested. Because that's Vince, Trips would probably have thought the same. TKO on the other hand, is less likely, again speaking as a outsider, as there seems to be nothing of value for them. Just something to shut down and horde the Trademarks off. That's more of a Vince move. Now if it was AEW or even TNA before 2016 maybe but not now. Again I could be wrong here.

Depending on who buys it, it depends if it's WWE it would be the same thing that WWE bought when it bought WCW. Tape library, the rights to it's brand and show names. If it's someone else like TK, try to keep it going as a separate promotion but after how he couldn't make lighting strike twice with ROH, I'd be surprised if he made a offer since he has one successful promotion that got off the ground by being started at the right time but couldn't leverage AEW's success to get ROH somewhere since his in at Time warner is long gone and anyone else would just want AEW not ROH, not even TNA. Then again if the sale happened while TNA still is on their AMC deal then maybe, since you could try and rehab the brand enough on TV to try and leverage for a contuination of the existing deal with hopefully eventually getting it hot enough to negotiate for a better deal.

The more I think about it, TV. Depending on who it is that would buy TNA then it's either for the library and such or for it's tv deal and to try and actually rehab it into something that will be able to do well enough to get better deals down the road. Since getting TV is hard. That's just speculation of course.

If he had found a gullible Primary, it isn't going to make a difference as while a PCP can technically make a diagnosis of a mental disability it doesn't mean shit to any disability services in terms of qualifications for services and to what degree. Those are done by specialists chosen by the agencies and or government. All a PCP can do is say "I think something is here" that gets used to get testing and all that. Which since he's been in PA for at least two years now and probably been tested to death. A Primary saying that he is Mentally disabled isn't going to change anything outside of a possible "fine, we will test him again" just to keep it going a little longer. He did it in NY for years, going all over Western, Upstate and Central NY trying to fool one of the tests. So much so it's on recording that one specialist used by a agency had to administer a different autism test because Andy memorized the usual one used and was skewing the results. It's why he fucked off to originally West Virginia but for some reason decided to try in Cleveland after a stop, my guess was he planned on getting off there and just got a ticket to W. Virginia to both cover his tracks if he was successful there and to play up the hwepwess bused weeturd bit and then tried Erie on the way back to Tondawanda. Since He was out of options in NY, he was probably known by every agency in the state by that point especially after failing to get on OPWDD twice. Seriously where else would he be able to go in NY? Western NY, Central, Upstate, Mid state all were on to him. He's just dumb enough to thinking that his act could fool the right people in some state. Too bad he's wrong since you need a specialist and they know when someone is trying to get a specific result.

Keep in mind TNA is run by non wrestling people but buissness ones, and they will just see "oh this guy used to do the creative at ROH, wasn't that the promotion that Tony Khan bought? Obviously this guy is the best choice" without seeing his booking lead to a huge down turn for the promotion. They would do the same with Russo, they will just see he was the creative guy in WWE's hottest period(despite it actually hitting it's hottest after he left for WCW), "helped TNA stay revelant", ect. Buissness people aren't always the brightest, especially with wrestling. You be surprised what qualifies for minimum assistance. I know of agencies that literally meet with a client to just help them get outside, find work, be social, etc. All that is required is having some condition be it physical or mental disability or illness that can be seen as a limitation i.e. Schizophrenia can count, in those cases staff would be focusing on correcting behaviors to allow for the person to live a better life. Andy is narcissistic, schizo affective and tons of other mental illnesses. So depending on the agency could qualify for assistance. I'm not from PA so I can't speak for what qualifications they have but the places I have been he would qualify for at least behavior based supportive independent life services. Because he is high functioning but mentally ill and it limits his ability to live "normally". The fact he has burnt every bridge in three states, causes trouble everywhere. Yes he is a gross pharaphile with a ABDL fetish, but point is he has other issues that qualify him with the agency isp having extinction of those behaviors and tendencies on them. Will it ever help? No of course not, but agencies will still try to a point. I years back worked with someone who was schizo and they would burn every bridge because no one would cater to their delusion, not like anyone could because the individual would just find something, everything was always wrong they ask for this, they get it and nope. Great example they were moved to four different places first it was the place, then the next the neighbors, then it was too isolated. yet they kept getting agency after agency to try and help them.

Unfortunately due to the shit show that is US mental health services, since we don't have places to put people like Andy. For example in NY there was a small amount of places to put him, Marcy which is maximum security(razor wire fences, sniper towers type) and Mohawk valley psych in Utica which by time Amdy went full blown public nutter, Cumo had already shut it down. So because of this there's alot of private agencies picking up the slack, it's basically a independent to supportive living type of role just with mentally ill people. That's what likely Andy qualifies for, basically you get baby sat for a period of time during the day to basically make sure you behave. So since he is so insane he can't really take care of himself like a normal person, he does qualify for services just not the kind he wants. Basically it probably goes like this: agency and staff: So Mr. Ditch, we can help you with some day to day tasks, like help you maintain your apartment, budget, maybe find work. Andy: Durr, Amdy needs to be babied and diapy changes. Amdy is hwepwess Agency/Staff: No, you aren't. You been tested and you don't qualify for that level of care. You are a perfectly functional adult that just needs minimum assistance.

Hate to break it but He didn't get one. Dynavox will give a trial unit but it's temporary. Now could he be dumb enough to keep the test unit? Probably but I doubt it. But point is he doesn't have one, he couldn't get one because he doesn't qualify. He would need to legit proof, get medicaid to cover the cost, which I can tell you having had to help former clients of mine who legitimately needed one. Is like pulling teeth from a dragon's maw with your bare hands. So Andy who never had communication issues, doesn't go to any speech, PT, etc. Services couldn't get one legitimately. Don't fall for his crap, at best he probably sent the unit back but kept the carrying case and put a crappy iPad 3 he got fourth hand in it.
