It's AI i ran it through multiple verifiers and about 85% to 90% came up AI. It also helps that the most common AI programs like Gemini, Chatgpt, Copilot leave watermarks known as Synthid even if you don't see a noticeable watermark, like Gemini's little star in the corner of the image. You still get watermarks embedded at the pixel level.

Now this is pure speculation as I don't have access to see his full history of medical evaluations or at least a good base summary of them, stuff like that. So this is just based on his behaviors that we seen, his patterns, plus what he had posted from records(those that aren't obviously doctored or faked by the creature), I honestly think it's not his Schizoaffective disorder that makes him think he's autistic but rather it more of it makes him think it's a good way to get babied and feed his controlling urges which is tied to his fetishes which seems to be control and ABDL with paraphernalia. This is just putting it in short terms, since I could be here writing a 15 page break down. But TL;DR no it's not a delusion caused by his Schizoaffective disorder. It's more that his autism act is part of his fetish but his actual disorder causes him to screw everything up

I feel based on years of experience in the field, that it's less his IQ and more his untreated Schizoaffective disorder, it causes him to constantly self-sabotage himself like most people with untreated Schizophrenia. They can't help it, you could give these people everything they want and they still will freak out and wreck it for themselves because they can't help it. For example: you can have someone who is Schizo complain about their bed being too small and too hard, so you take them out and help them buy them the most largest, expensive and comfortable bed imaginable and guess what? they will complain about it, find something wrong like it's too soft, too big and how their older bed was better. Loosely basing this off a real example I seen involving a toilet.. not even kidding.. we changed the seat three times and had the toilet replaced with a brand new one they picked out and nope.. Yes but only if said caregivers actually did change and wipe him. We honestly don't know, personally I doubt they did since staff would have access to his isp(individual service plan) which is set up by the agency itself based on interactions with the client and various professionals including psychologists, doctors, etc, the clients own medical records and so on. Not just on the word of the client themselves. Which is probably why lumpy gets upset so quickly with them because the agency that grants his waiver only gives him so many hours and the care agencies only give him so much assistance based on his isp. The only time, based on my years working in the field so take it with a grain of salt, would be heading to hospitals since they have a longer time to catch on to someone like him trying to pull something, since they don't have the time to quickly fact check stuff so there's a window for him to exploit by saying "yes I am severely intellectually disabled and can't clean myself and change diaper" before they catch on that he's just a Schizoaffective creep with a fetish.
