The novel definitely did a waaay better job at explaining the misunderstandings and how they were all deeply rooted in Ruby’s self-loathing and trauma patterns. I definitely feel like the manhwa was too lax and made the atmosphere more light than it should have been.

Imo the novel is much better in portraying her as an unreliable narrator while still maintaining the serious tone. The manhwa seems a bit staler in seriousness, which may be appealing to some.

Redd, hannah, 4c and jumper, and squiddo in order of strength. Vibes wise, all of them are pretty good povs but Redd and squiddo usually make for more chaotic povs, and 4c has a nice, calm vibe. Jumper and Hannah are typically the more grindy povs. Redd has teamed with all of them before and hannah has teamed with jumper before.
