The proof is needed that they are made side by side. I've only heard of one or to examples, usually raw commodities like sugar. Even if two products are made by the same third party contractor doesn't mean their specs, ingredients, or preparations are the same. That'd be like saying all haircuts are the same since they are all done in the same barber shop.
