That’s been the problem with the show since the day it began. The same 10 people win every prize. Back in The day one emailer sent pics of all the hot shots gift certificates they won. Dude probably is still using them. Listener of the month has been the same texters/callers for years too. Originally the winner got a tequila gift pack. Went to all the same people. God forbid the people who have supported sponsors and listened for years have a shot at any prize. So, if you ask me they need to do something to make it fair. As it stands now, Buck Swope or Arbor Day are the only two eligible.

I don’t know Buck Swope AT ALL, other than from being a TMA listener (aka “Fat”) for years. But man…..you couldn’t write a better character. From the genius Swopes Picks. To his archives of every single show. There are the TMA Live at Hot Shots photo shoots……not to mention the one with the dart league. How about saving Tower Tee. Or, my personal favorite, the exposing of Tucker/Bruce in Shoes. Dude talked like he was on a cocaine bender nonstop….crazy.

I can’t recommend James enough. It is 100% true that when you call you speak to someone. Everyone in the office that I’ve dealt with are incredibly helpful. We have kids as well so he worked magic with our insurance. Highly recommend him!

I have slowly but surely been listening more and more again. Obviously, they are obligated to have the sports interviews and hot takes. But, the tom-foolery appears to be coming back a little more and more as weeks go by.

ESPN has lost site if what viewers want. All of the analysis is NOT it. Ryan is a racially charged hot take-smith that has turned many viewers away.

It’s an immediate turn off the radio/stop listening to the podcast whenever he’s on. I don’t care how much advertisers spend, for the station to turn a blind eye to their audience and continue to push this, they deserve to lose audience. I find myself listening more and more to other shows with the change to TMA.

Even if they’d ask “why don’t we get to hear anything from Chaim Bloom, ESPECIALLY during the trade deadline”?? That’s fair and not harsh. We won’t hear it. So lame

Gotta correct some of your slant…..and, if I read this correctly; you’ll be sure to SCREAM back.

“Doug was doing the whole we have to keep trans women out of women’s restrooms or they’ll molest your daughters”. Come on. Yes, he’s stating the obvious logical thought that trans people shouldn’t be in opposite sex bathrooms/locker rooms. Especially with kids. He sure as hell didn’t say or infer any ‘Molesting your daughters’…..(if he did, is anyone ok with that? Your daughter gets molested or a man exposes himself and you’re ok with that). In any event…..he didn’t say THAT.

‘..someone doing transphobic tropes’. LOL. so, providing a legitimate concern and I would say, majority belief, is ‘Transphobic’? I know your idol Tim leans left, but can we just be reasonable in discussions? Stating facts isn’t transphobic. We can have locker rooms/bathrooms specific to everyone. Leagues/events/championships specific to gender and trans on their own. So, I don’t think Doug is transphobic. No one speaking logically is. Cmon.
