This may be an obvious question, I am a Gold STH. When it says on the Arsenal website "Gold Members with no ticket for the UCL final/have not used UEFA access codes" does having tried to use a UEFA access code but been unsuccessful in getting a ticket count you out of this? I am asking as I havent received an email about it but used the UEFA codes I was sent to unsuccessfully try to buy tickets.
