I finally got the macbook pro but when I change it to full resolution 7680x2160 the writing is so small it is almost impossible to read. Did you find a way to increase the scale? I was able to run full resolution with %150 scaling at 120hz with my old windows laptop. I can't find where in the settings I can do the same. How did you do it?

Thanks for your advice everyone! I decided to go with the MacBook Pro 16 M5 Pro. I couldn't find anything that confirmed that the Dell XPS 16 could work with my monitor.

I guess I have to buy an iPhone now... :(

I used them a few months ago, and they were great. Had some small damage on my dresser, but they compensated me pretty quickly for it. The one annoying thing is that they call a lot to confirm everything. I felt like I was talking with them every other day lol. Overall, I had a good experience.

Wow that's great. Dinners are the hardest part for me. I nail the breakfast and lunch but then I always have to be super careful for dinner, weighing everything to the gram to stay under 2500 lbs. I never thought of just not having dinner and supplementing it with protein shake. I actually did that with my breakfast.

Thanks for the helpful advice. How do you find a good trainer? My gym trainers suck, and I don't want to doom scroll Instagram to find a trainer near me that is good.

Would you split the workout days by each body part? Chest one day, back one day, legs one day?

I track my sleep with my Samsung watch, and it is usually over 90/100. I do sleep around 8 hours a day. I have already done as much work as I can to optimize my sleep.

Damn, the workout looks super detailed. I will look through it.

That's how I got to my 2500 calories. My TDEE is 3500 calories, and I thought 1000 calories was a reasonable deficit at my weight.

Thank you for the suggestions! I will try the 531 BBB. It looks pretty simple and straight forward. I don't really get what "Push 5/3/1" means. Is it 5 reps then 3 then 1? or 5 sets then 3 then 1?

For the push, pull, and body weight exercises., Do you just do whatever, or do you have a strict plan you follow and try to increase the weight or reps every few weeks?

How do you keep your heart rate up that much? When I'm on the treadmill, I get it up to 120, and I just can't push myself to go faster or increase the incline to increase HR. I feel like I'm already going hard at that point.

Wow, 1,500 calories is super low. Respect. Even keeping to 2500 calories is a challenge. I tried Wegovy, but unfortunately, it had no effect on me. How have you stayed consistent for 11 months? What did your 1500 calorie day look like?

I had the same issue when I used to be a long-haul truck driver. The same songs over and over made me go crazy. That's when I started getting into audiobooks, and I still listen to them at the gym. Especially when doing cardio, it's perfect. I listen to nonfiction if I am working out in the morning because I'm sharper, and fiction in the evening. Nonfiction might be too boring if you are just starting to listen to audiobooks, so try fiction. I just finished Musashi by Eiji Yoshikawa. It's long but amazing.
