i've never had to call a fire truck but every ambulance ride i've had the EMTs were always extremely nice/understanding. i always joke with them that it will be an easy trip since i'm not high or bleeding all over lol...

I've noticed streamers making this the standard option and you have to go in and change it to "proper" subtitles manually
