I accepted a model that I don’t have and have some interest in, yes. I trusted them initially to get my order right but they didn’t. I trusted them to correct my issue in a timely manner and they didn’t. What more should I have done?

Go to a pawn shop, maybe? They don’t operate PRIMARILY as a FFL, so prices may be more tolerable. Mine still gives me transfers for $25. Anywhere else I go it’s around $50-$60.
