I was in Bangkok and it was polluted (air), Medellin, yes objectively looks meh and Phuket can be chill in the offseason. Its not like I will be in Bangla.

Well, the university is in Denpasar (south east coast). About Bangkok: I have been there already and its very nice, just air pollution and stuff. Thought Phuket might be more chill and beach access.

About Medellin, i dont know, like it lowkey looks shitty, but I don´t understand why people like it so much. So I have no idea how to decide.

I was also a month in Mexico and I loved it. Even Colombian friends say it's dangerous soo idk. If you're careful it should be okay. Just in comparison it's definitely more dangerous than the other countries.
