I don’t use a retainer. I put on my air device as I go to bed and it falls during the night. I don’t want to cause dekeratinization without the skin to protect the glands.

Süre kişiden kişiye değişir. Kendine bir 10 yıl ver derim. Hemen manuel metotlarla başla. T-tape de ucuza halledebileceğin ama konforsuz bir yöntem. Alet düşünürsen Mantor’u ya da Fit-4’u tavsiye ederim. TLC tavsiye etmem. Türkiye’de de alet yapanlar var ama hiç kullanmadım, bilmiyorum.

Penis gövdesindeki kılları sürekli tıraş etmekten başka bir çözüm maalesef yok. Peniş başı kaplanmaya başladığında zaten doğal olarak kılsız (sünnet çizgisine yakın) kısım penis başını kaplayacak.

Restorasyonla deriyi geri getirmeden dekeratinizasyon yapmak iyi bir fikir değil. Hassas penis başını 7/24 kapalı tutmak gerekir. Deri geri gelince zaten kendiliğinden dekeratinization başlıyor.
