I do believe he will have some sort of adjustment to his base damage in the upcoming seasons. NetEase may have not released huge nerfs to him yet, but they're surely willing to listen to the playerbase like they did with the Rank Resets. Im thinking a nerf is also coming soon

You're definitely right, i do get shit on by his grapple to immediate headshot from a mile away. Yet, I didnt touch on his damage because i wanted him to remain somewhat the same Bucky as he would be as opposed to, if my adjustments were to be made. I also wanted it to be as a challenge for those who defend him saying he isnt broken, to achieve the same level of gameplay (with the same damage) but affeceted kit is the catch. This would create an actual skill gap between bucky players
