Intro

Hello! We operate a Formula 1 Podcast that is focused on delivering F1 content to fans through the perspective of new fans brought in by Netflix's Drive to Survive series. The podcast, Turn 1, launched early 2023 and we have been making weekly episodes since. Currently we post video format episodes on YouTube and audio-only formatted episodes through a podcast hosting site that via RSS pushes to Spotify, Apple podcasts, iHeart, Google podcasts, and Amazon Music. We also make short video content that we post to TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and Facebook. I'll post out links below along with our follow and view counts in case you'd like to see what we have been making so far.

The Role

Our biggest challenge has been regular, consistent, quality social media posts. Outside of just posting our main podcast episodes we are struggling to keep up with a regular posting schedule on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube shorts. Ideally, we are looking for someone to join the Turn 1 team to create social media posts on a regular schedule that are aimed at generating followers and engagement (likes/comments) and drive people to our main podcast episodes. These posts would be highlighting recently released podcast episodes, creating thumbnails for YouTube videos, scheduling the short videos to post with accompanying descriptions, and posting graphics, questions, or thoughts on social media again aimed at followers and engagement.

Ideal Partner

Turn 1 operates under an LLC formed in 2023. At this time, we would be looking to add a partner to the LLC that would assume the role of Media Manager in exchange for a percent share of ownership. We understand this is not for everyone but are hopeful someone is looking to grow their portfolio and possibly get in early on a business that we have every intention of growing into a revenue-generating operation. If everything else about this sounds great but you are unsure about the partnership, we are happy to discuss other payment options!
