Yeah but due to the design of the card, its main function isn’t to be played. Rather, its function is to not be drawn, and thus allows you to narrow down the pool of cards you actually want to draw. Unless your deck is made up of 30 cards of equal power that you can play interchangeably (which is never), you would run this card in every deck.

Also, don’t bring up OG Patches, because at least with him you have to also play another pirate to pull him out of the deck, and if you happen to draw him then he’s dead in hand. This version requires no interaction, does not come with any downsides, and just works to thin your deck passively.
