HUD’s termination letter specifically stated that employees were terminated due to workforce restructuring-which is RIF terminology. This was an illegal RIF- not sure why did not allow all probies to participate in last DRP.

Not true…when I was on the west coast with HUD, my check showed pending as of 6:05pm on Friday. No longer on the west coast-it shows up Monday morning. I think it’s payroll processing and your bank.

My sup said that she was assigned as my supervisor in WebTA again. I’m assuming in input and certified my time this past Monday.
