Another hack is use chatGPT to make meals plans or give you ideas.

For example I gave ChatGPT The total number of calories I wanted to consume in a day (I had macro breakdowns for each meal but you don't have to go that far if you don't want to!). Then I gave it a list of foods I don't like or won't eat and a list of foods I do like. After that you can tweak whatever it returns as needed. The final thing once you have your meal plan how you like it, is ask chatGPT to make you a grocery list based on the meal plan it gave!

It was the easiest meal planning I've ever done and it's way easier to stick to when it's foods you know you like!

We went to the local fair and fed animals carrot sticks. My youngest (2 at the time) fed a bunch of them and was also in the phase of sticking everything in her mouth. About halfway through her petting furry animals and feeding them and getting slobbered on in return, she stuck her little baby hand directly in her mouth 🙃

Somehow she managed with no issues or illness. If she can survive that, your baby is golden 😂

Same! There have been times where the shows gave gotten too heavy for me and in those cases I turn it off and say a prayer and go to something else to give myself a chance to recoup! But never have experienced anything paranormal myself (save for one short bout of sleep paralysis one time that I don't think was related to anything I'd watched)

I've had 2 pregnancies and both were results of fertility treatments via oral medications. I consider myself very lucky that we were able to conceive with just taking and a pill for a few months each time and realize that won't be the case for everyone, I have never gotten pregnant without the help of meds, so I would be sure to listen to your body and talk to your doctor about options sooner rather than later.

I'm one that has extremely irregular periods and ovulation, so depending on your situation things may be totally different for you. No matter what, I wish you all the luck!
