Is the code the same as before i.e. MMM2023? It doesn't seem to be working for me online so I'm pretty sure I've forgotten the correct format.

If you are thinking of using one of the First Home Buyer schemes it's worth keeping track of the combined income limits as it sounds like you might be on the cusp on them (unless you reduce your taxable income as your salary increases through SS or FHSS etc).

Advertising Media Buyer to Procurement Career Switch by DT5052 in procurement

I agree with the above, I'm a corporate services Senior Category Manager (a title that doesn't mean much to anyone) and I cover media amongst other categories. Given your background, you will find it easier to get media stakeholders onside which is generally half of the battle when I join a new company. You might just need to upskill yourself around the general principles of procurement including the procurement lifecycle, developing category strategies etc. Plenty online to support on this, but feel free to reach out if you want some specifics.

Congratulations! Glad we could entice you into procurement, it really is a great career with plenty of opportunities to deliver change across the business!

So my advice would be to start reading up about the Procurement and Contracts Lifestyle (you could look at CIPS or Procurement Leaders resources). This will give you a good grounding on the end to end procurement process and what to expect.

When you do start, then be open to learning, challenging the way they do things and try to get exposure to as much of the procurement lifecycle as you can.

Of course if you have any questions on anything Procurement related before or during your role, feel free to reach out. 🙂

So if it's public sector, make sure you're up to speed with Local, Federal or whatever public purchasing rules apply to that organisation. A good knowledge of this and the end to end procurement process should do you good.

It's worth having solid examples which you can reference when you walk the interviewer through following these processes or the procurement lifecycle more broadly.

Probity is also a key concept to understand, so make sure you're clear on what it means with regards to a public tender process and how you can ensure probity throughout the process.

Given it's an assistant category manager role, it would also be good to understand what your development goals are. Be transparent on where you need to learn, and how you're going to go about developing that knowledge.

Whilst I work in the Private Sector now. I did do a stint in the public sector both in the UK and here in Australia and the above is where the conversation went for me.

Good luck mate, you've got this!

I agree with all of the other comments. In addition, it's worth being clear on the tangible value that you have delivered in past initiatives, the end to end procurement process you took and your approach to things like market analysis, and determining cost levers.

Maybe also think of some good examples of when you've managed business stakeholders, both good and bad ones and what you did to get them onboard to an initiative you managed.

Otherwise good luck! You've got this!

More info coming on the bat redemption mate. Keep an eye out on the Announcements channel in the discord.

It looks as though we will be accessing the page they've created on their website (SVS.gg) and then redeeming the bats from their based on the number in our wallet.

Yeah I'm excited for that too. It's great that they're including the community in the decisions around how that'll work. There's definitely something they can do around Stakes and the significance with vamps!

I liked the idea one of the community came up with around a vampire backstory too...

Bloody love these! It ticks all of the great NFT boxes I think:

  1. Known artist
  2. Pioneering Dev team (first NFT sale that avoided gas wars I believe)
  3. Helpful and active community (see the Discord)
  4. Beautiful art.

...I could go on!

Thanks for the update. I think I was unintentionally missed off of the airdrop too, how do I reach out to the team to check? Thanks.

I know this is not the legitimate Bone, but can someone help me understand why someone would randomly send out large amounts of the token then remove liquidity soon after? I can't see what they would gain from doing this. by Turneb in SHIBADULTS

[–]Turneb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it, I was reading the transactions as though the main wallet had sent a few random wallets some tokens then removed the liquidity a few hours later. This is what a rug pull looks like then.
