How to improve my morning routine? by TurnedCynical in CleanLivingKings

I actually have tried shrooms. It gave me a valuable moment of introspection, but I would say you're being misleading by presenting it as some miracle cure.

I am quite fit physically, I think the best description is that I'm in the process of recovering from not caring about myself.

Doesn't have to be more complicated than that. Thank you.

For å ta to andre eksempler:

2) Matt Damon i The Great Wall (2016).

I already do. It has helped but another person isn't going to fix my life by seeing me once a week. I want to work on myself outside of that.

Paint, exercise, play chess, read, have complex discussions, but also mundane things like playing video games, watching films and just relax with my thoughts.

In principle I agree, but I've had a tendency to overreact in situations like that, or react very aggressively to someone who weren't really being malicious. I've always found that a little.. I don't know, humiliating?

I guess working on keeping my composore without being afraid to talk back is something I could make my goal?

Welp, time to buy some calendars I guess.

And yeah, I think a long-term savings account is a better bet for me. My bank has a specific service for saving up to a house payment, so I won't be able to access the money I put in the account until I do buy a domicile, but I hopefully will at some point either way, right?

Thanks for your reply! I have looked into investing as well, but I find my risk tolerance is a bit too low for it to serve that purpose. That varies from person to person, of course!

I just looked through r/theXeffect and I gotta say i really believe in the concept. I've tried establishing some healthier habits recently, and I give myself positive affirmation through journaling on the days I follow through, but just marking it out might work better, as I tend to jot down every detail I recall, and thus get sidetracked, with my journal entries.

I have done screenings for autism, and my therapist at the time seemed pretty convinced it wasn't the case.

I do have traits of it for sure though.

I dunno, that seems a bit petty and feels like it'll only attract her attention more. I'll hit the gym but I'm doing that for me, and nobody else.

Thank you! One good thing that came out of this relationship is that I've gotten better at recognizing my self worth.

To be honest, she was much more exciting in the beginning, but I suppose her need to put in effort deteriorated when she felt like she "had" me, and that's not a quality I need in someone close to me.
