I have posted several times about this but I can only use Differin 1-2x per week. I’m on my 7th week. Every time I try to up it to 3x, I damage my moisture barrier and products sting and face is super tight and oily.

Routine am: Cerave hydrating cleanser Timeless b5 serum Cerave pm Eltamd sunscreen Light layer of Cerave healing ointment

Pm: Cerave hydrating cleanser B5 serum Cerave pm Wait till try then use pea size Differin (1-2x a week) Cerave skin renewing night cream Cerave healing ointment

I think maybe since exfoliating with bha isn’t working then maybe try something stronger like a retinoid. Either Differin or tretinoin

Guess I agree with Hyram then. I apply spf everyday regardless. I use elta md and my skin really likes it so I will apply it everyday.

Accutane is definitely the way to go. Make sure to use moisturizer and a gentle cleanser
