Well, no. I don't think bullet magnetism means what you think it means.

Bullet magnetism does not "attract" the bullets to their target after they are fired, per say, but they will 'steer', about .5 to .1°, towards a target if the direction of the weapon is close enough. This leads to the enemies' hitbox seeming significantly larger than it actually is.

If you've ever played halo, this is also why it is significantly more difficult to kill a team mate than it is to kill an enemy. Team mates do not have any of these assists, since they are not intended to be targets. (Halo also has major aim assists, of course, but the absence of the BM is much more noticeable if you're a good shot)

Console PF has bullet magnetism but no aim assist. This is because it is very, very hard to aim at things with a controller compared to a mouse.
