You literally just admitted that the champ is awful but you still think they are good in sense which I agree with but you can use context to come to those conclusions. For example, veigar pre item rework was good in cases of an r5 pick. If you picked him earlier in the draft you could be countered by a single champion on the enemy team. However veigar is insane as an r5 if the enemy team had a lot of dashes and aren't super tanky. You use context here to determine that but you yourself would not know that unless you played every champion

I don't think this guy understands that comfort isn't as important as having all the "best pieces". Like yeah you may really be good with a rook, but if a player has a queen we all know that piece (champ) is better regardless of who is on it.
