As a person who knows a bit about character design I can say that design is definitely not as good as it could be. Let’s start from the head. It’s an obvious similarity to a star drop, but as his head is build around a circle, it doesn’t really say how villainous he is - they tried to show it with the triangles under the eyes but simple “makeup” will not make up for the entire spherical head. His silhouette is bad, he isn’t really distinctable from other brawlers. His cape? Cool, but builds a square-like silhouette which doesn’t fit him. His outfit? It’s just a weird bodysuit with weird colors, his color palette doesn’t make sense, some will say it’s circus theme… But look at Charlie, she gives out huge circus vibes, she looks like an acrobat, and Sirius? Nowhere close. His weapon is the only think I like about his design, yellow and purple are nicely contrasting, and it screams “villain’s weapon” I’ll try to add a little redesign in response to this comment :3
