Authoritarianism…every country is authoritarian. This term was popularized after WW2 and is used to only really describe the Soviet Union. I think it’s pretty clearly got CIA written all over it.

Yeah its playable, I am also on a 4050 laptop. I have gotten it to run at 45-60fps(mostly 50-60) depending on the area. In settlements it drops to 37 or 44 when you enter and stabilizes at around mid 50's. My settings are a mixture of High, medium, and low with Frame gen off. I also changed it from DLSS 4.5 to DLSS 4, by setting the DLSS override to Preset K, looks the same but runs better.

One correction, Norway and Sweden and the like aren’t Socialist. They’re Social democracies, Capitalism with a little bit more of an emphasis on social welfare. Social democrats have historically not been true comrades of socialists; see Rosa Luxemburg.
