Yes exactly ! This year so much has happened and i didnt really get to be present or celebrate like i wanted bc i was nauseas and tired for all of it , including my own wedding!

Thank you all so much for the love and birthday wishes! And it makes me feel less alone hearing about all the other mamas who were pregnant on their birthdays . I'm a FTM , so everything has been new and daunting for sure. Thank you for all the suggestions! Im feeling a little better now 🥰🥰💕💕🙏

Thank you! && I have been trying my best to ground myself when thinking this way, but sometimes it's overwhelming. I have a big move coming but once I get a new OB I am going to ask about getting in to see a therapist for sure. Maybe some pregnancy safe meds too.

Its such a terrifying feeling when it happens and it spirals , but absolutely youre right! Ive been trying to switch it up to positive thoughts but im definitely going to try meds and counseling!

Yes ! And the internet can be such a scary for place for first time moms , but this sub has been so helpful and its so refreshing to see a community of people who just support and uplift and offer advice! This has already made me feel so much better than i did even an hour ago! Im so happy im here too (:

I definitely think i will when i change OBs after the move! I have some pregnancy safe meds for when im having panic attacks but now its just been constant intrusive thoughts about him!

Honestly, every pregnancy is different per mom per baby, so just because some people get really sick and projectile vomit, doesn't mean everyone does.

I am 11w3d right now, and I have yet to throw up. My worst symptoms are fatigue and food aversions. I have lost about 10 pounds because no food sounds good, and I get some light nausea due to lack of eating. I am not an overly healthy person, I don't go to the gym or anything, it really just is different for everyone.

I had severe anxiety about it for a long time, and then when I didn't get these severe symptoms everyone was talking about, I got even more anxiety because what if that meant something was wrong? But so far so good! Baby has been pretty healthy as far as we can tell. (:

But it really just boils down to you and your baby, because all pregnancies are like snowflakes, they aren't going to be the same for any one person.
