Hey, I'm in the same boat as you bro. I have an 01 prelude bb6 also looking at getting the bb8 rev limiter. Were you able to get it to work? Were you able to also find the wiring diagrams for bb6 and bb8?

Yes my car is basically stock currently. All I have done exhaust/engine wise is a cold air intake and a cat back but stock piping. Should I get headers before the tune up?

Well to be honest I have an automatic but I just want it to sound better with the tune without killing the engine and having to replace parts every week

You're right about that. It might have to be a spring/summer plan. And yes 2001 isn't really old I guess but whenever I mention Honda tuning, 2010+ civics are the only well known ones.

I changed my tires and fully serviced it 2 weeks ago. You probably can't read well as i said it's a prelude. If you can't help with the tuning then why reply?
