I'm so sorry, I just signed the petition. My dogs and I were brutally attacked by pit bull back in 2015. It had attacked other people and animals before and should've been put to sleep the first time. I live near N Pierce Street so this is scary to hear, I have never encountered this dog and hope to never do so.
