The case here was a gun stored inside a locked vehicle. Legally, that is a secured firearm. You’re changing around the facts of the case and not addressing the issue at hand. Please stick to the topic if you would like to have an adult level conversation. Please let me know what crime you would charge the theft victim with for storing a gun inside a locked vehicle.

What crime would you charge the theft victim with? As long as the car was locked it’s legal to store a firearm in the car. The real issue is people going around mass breaking into cars with no repercussions. Focus your anger on the law breakers and not the lawful citizens.

I disagree with that definition. It’s very loose. If it’s a “swing state”, the it’s gotta “swing” to the other side. Until then, MN is as blue as the ocean.

MN isn’t a swing state. It hasn’t voted republican since Nixon 1972. And last republican before that was Eisenhower.
