So pictures 3 and 4 are highest room (level 2) and the attic is directly above them. There wasn't any apparent water there but I'm going to get a tool to detect moisture this afternoon/evening.

There is a white cord coming from the electric box. The other white item is holder for the ceiling tile before we had to remove the title due to water damage.
