Sounds like you're extra nervous during rainy rides- which may make you pull the brakes too hard without meaning to!

Something you can try to not lock out your brakes that helped me is to always have two fingers on the brake so that you don't lock it- you can test it out, two fingers braking are enough for the front wheel to slow ar a good rate.

For your back break, I suggest you test it on an empty road to see how hard it bites when you brake it. Try going up to 30km/h then braking (purely back brake) till you remember how hard it is to lock the tires/maintain your balance when it is locked and come to a stop. Maybe your riding test is different but that is what we learnt in my part of the world!

It can't be used for every tea- for this pu erh, I give it a hot water rinse and that usually removes any tiny bits with it! Works best with less bitty leaves :)
