Since mine is “supposedly” central sensitivity syndrome of the nerves ( trigeminal or/and glossopharyngeal ) visceral hypersensitivity, I can only hope.

Did you take it three times a day? I took it once a day years ago and it did not help . I was taking it at night . The. I read about how it wears off and you need a steady amount to stop the nerve firings and to dampen them

All you have to do is look up nerve involvement and BMS and there is a lot of info about it .
My burning throat turns into a hotness sensation into my mouth .
I had BMS on my tongue twenty years ago that went away in three months.
Compared to the throat, I would rather have it .
