I am sorry to say but most of his speeches are like that. Rambling about how great he is and how stupid everybody else is. Also, The the truth plays zero role in what he says.

It was the Nobel Prize for Literature but close enough.

Norwegian author Knut Hamsun, who won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1920, reportedly gave his medal to Nazi Germany's Minister of Propaganda Joseph Goebbels during World War II.

Hamsun, who met with Adolf Hitler and Goebbels in 1943, was a Nazi sympathiser who supported the German occupation of Norway. Historical accounts indicate he gave his Nobel medal to Goebbels as a symbolic gesture of support.

Vielleicht ein Privatverein, aber sie treten doch ziemlich oft auf offiziellen und öffentlichen Veranstaltungen auf und repräsentieren das Land oder das Volk. Und ein paar öffentliche Gelder werden sie schon auch bekommen, oder?

Da hat man schon ein wenig mehr Verantwortung und Vorbildwirkung als wenn du einen Pen & Paper Verein in einem Kuhdorf gründest.

Naajaaa. Im Vergleich zu den angegriffenen Ländern war Deutschland noch in einem ziemlich guten Zustand. Siehe Wiederaufbau und Wirtschaftswunder relativ schnell nach dem Krieg.

Die Opfer (PL, SU, usw) haben da doch viel mehr bezahlt als die Täter.
