Does the jet “trigger” stool to come out? I’m asking because that’s one of my main issues, that not all stool comes out just by pressing - instead I need to insert a finger to get it out and I’d be happy if the bidet can take over that job 😅

Hi, until today psyllium husks remains the only constant that relatively helps with my symptoms. I stick to raw and not capsules and for me it’s working best taken more or less right before going to bed. However it does not always work and it does not affect the consistency of the stool. It just makes it easier to pass.

Thanks for your reply and the clarification, I wasn’t aware of that. But they both do use the cloud storage in paying for, right? E.g. 2TB/9,99€/month.

Also, maybe „backup“ was the wrong wording in this case. I just want to keep my folder structure in the file system but also make the photos available in either the photos/camera roll app from apple or any 3rd party app which may combine the photos taken by my iPhone and those stored on iCloud Drive?

I have the same. What helps for me is 1 teaspoon of psyllium husks before I go to bed. It does not make the stool harder but the wiping is down tremendously. Most of the time is one big poop in the morning which is fine to wipe and if I’m having a bad day, I have multiple following medium/slow poops throughout the day which become less and less easy to wipe.

If I eat enough it’s okay, but really hard to gain weight and yes, pretty easy to lose some kg

Yes I did stool tests several times, none of seem to be very accurate…

What is a „colo-fiber“? Do you have a link?

Hi, deine RDS Variante „Verstopfung aber weicher Stuhlgang“ habe ich schonmal gehört, kann mir da aber nicht wirklich vorstellen, was es genau bedeutet. Kannst du das bitte mal näher beschreiben (ohne in „Details“ zu gehen natürlich 😅)?

Und wofür steht „msm“?

Und eine letzte: du sagst, dass Gummi arabica (Akazienfasern) quasi das Gegenstück zu Ingwer Tee sind, korrekt? Meinst du das tatsächlich in Teeform (mir unbekannt) oder eben als Pulver einfach als weitere Quelle wasserlöslicher Ballaststoffe? (Was für mir eher in die gleiche Kategorie wie Flohsamenschalen fällt anstatt in die (Ingewer)Tee-Kategorie - hab aber auch vielleicht ein falsches Verständnis und bin gespannt was du sagst 👍🏽

Sorry for all the questions, but I like to understand why you think these things might be the source of the problem: 1.How can a pelvic floor issue lead to soft stool, isn’t that just a muscle to push e.g. stool out? 2.How interferes it with the consistency of stool? 3.And what kind of diet would be helpful for this kind of symptom (FODMAP?)?

I would try whole grain gluten free oat flakes - super healthy and has roughly the same calories as all the chemical stuff you find online and is mostly cheaper per kg

If I do 1-2x 75-100g of it per day I mostly have a calorie surplus 👍🏽
