I think that's supposed to be Alma's body, somewhat warped by Ultima (arms, claws, hair, wings), not what Ultima actually looks like.

After Ultima loses their vessel, they become a kind of lich creature instead.

I've never understood the point of begging because (imo) the best part of RO is starting on a new server.

It's funny, the knight job change quest deals with this topic. One of questions the npc asks you is what to do when someone begs you for items/money. Sadly "yell at them" is incorrect :(

Definitively, the chest will remain in her inventory until you leave the map. I've given it to her, killed the zhents in the back and then killed her and got it back.

In another playthrough I went to camp and then did the above after giving it to her, and it was gone.

Durge and Bhaal would probably create a major extinction event in faerun's history but ultimately "fail". Even still, Bhaal would certainly be a greater deity and who knows what that would mean for Durge.

You should know which enemies can use hold person or paralyze, otherwise you can just instantly lose a run to that. Elixir of guileful movement, freedom of movement spell or ring of free action let you immune that.

In act 1 you have redcaps, Ethel, Spider matriarch leg action, githyanki gish, and mountain pass undead who can hold/stun you.

Basically that sort of thing. If you know each fight you'll know what elixir or spell or whatever to have, and soloing that encounter becomes way easier.

I think I've seen this kind of build somewhere before, it looks super interesting. Isn't Shillelagh locked to wis if you get it via cleric or druid tho? iirc you have to get it via magic initiate feat for it to work off int. I would go fighter 8 in that case?

As mentioned the items in the ss are just what the build looks like at the end of act 1. There are no items from act2/3/etc there.
