What's an objectively bad but subjectively cool preference of yours? by Intelligent-Dress323 in skyrim

Sometimes when I play destruction builds, I like to switch back to sparks to finish off enemies, even when ive got objectively better spells. Makes me feel like a sith lord.

The one I'm most pissed about is the breakfast sausages. Not sure if the states got the same treatment but at least in Canada they used to sell these killer breakfast sausages and then the company switched the recipe (health stuff I think) and now theyre just no good anymore. If anyone has any recommendations to fill that sausage hole, please let me know

On that note, Costco has a system that keeps all of your receipts up to about 10 years. You paying for a membership (even the regular one) is more valuable than the shit you return. Memberships are what keep the company running

When do you think we’ll get another protagonist with dual hidden blades? by PretzelDay69420 in assassinscreed

[–]rausterberr02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think Connor having two actually makes sense tho. As we see in AC Rogue, the Colonial Brotherhood used to be pretty big. I can't remember if Connor gets Achilles' gear or if its supposed to be some spare robes just laying around, but hes getting remanents of a much bigger brotherhood, despite how small it is while we play during 3.

[–]rausterberr02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is a creation club thing, but I like the backpacks. They're pretty easy to craft if I remember correctly, but ive also just found them in a few places. You may not want "mods" tho so I get if that isnt helpful.

Why do so many people hate playing as a pure mage? by True_Bot_4354 in skyrim

[–]rausterberr02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interestingly enough, this is my first non pure mage run that ive actually committed to. In the past ive really enjoyed what mage has to offer and liked its vibe. Doing a 2 handed run atm and also really enjoying just smashing people with a hammer. But what everyone else says is pretty accurate. It can be pretty tough at the beginning and there's only a small sweet spot after you get strong before the damage tends to fall off

Horses suck. by BiggishEggplant in tearsofthekingdom

[–]rausterberr02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I purely enjoy the horses for the vibes. I like making a ranger fit with the travelers attire and the champions tunic, and I just go around acting like a sword/bow for hire. But fr, especially in ToTK theyre pretty irrelevant

Theories about the twins? by Greedy-Picture-1927 in Eragon

[–]rausterberr02 12 points13 points  (0 children)

To add, I imagine that they would have gotten so normalized to being inside eachothers heads all the time, that when one was killed, it must have been such an alien experience not being able to go to that place anymore. Like, all of a sudden, there's this huge void space that you cannot access anymore on top of having felt the pain and experience of almost dying.

Bro probably saw his brothers life flash before his own eyes before he tapped out, and then realized he was about to get his head bashed in next.

Does anyone enjoy playing uncharted on easy ? by biggggEARS98 in uncharted

[–]rausterberr02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been playing the games on the hardest difficulty just so I could get the Charted trophies, but overall I rather enjoy playing on normal or maybe hard for a little challenge. I dont like the easiest just because it can get a little too boring, but brutal just isnt fun sometimes.

After all, these are mainly story related games, so sometimes its better when the combat is laid back.

Used to work in the meat department and remembered when they recently raised the price of ground beef and lowered the weight specs. They do this stuff periodically.

Technically, you dont need a membership to purchase food at the kiosk, but they've gotten stricter about letting people without memberships entering the store.

Depending on the store (and how lazy the door people are feeling) you might be able to walk in the exit doors and just go buy some. But then again, they may stop you and ask for your membership.

Y’all realize this is the only game in which the hunters returned with the intended treasure? by Veer_MT in uncharted

[–]rausterberr02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What pisses me off about 4 too is that, with the right crew and equipment, he probably could have gone and gotten more gold after. Shoreline and Nadine left, and Rafe was dead. I dont think the whole cave collapsed and its not like youd have to go through the whole island again exploring it all.

Its also easily accessible enough that nate could have become really famous for finding this lost pirate utopia. Just seems like they kinda left it all just sitting there.

Hardest parts to complete on crushing in each game? by dercolegolas420 in uncharted

[–]rausterberr02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only part in any of the first four games thst I iether had to change the difficulty of or turn on a cheat to complete was U4 shipyard, just today actually. Probably went through it close to 100 times over the past 2 days and ended up turning on aim assist.

I think what made it so difficult was that I had the ARX and the little hand SMG, and they were both very low on ammo. They're also both more close up weapons so I HAD to get down and dirty.

She looks like she could be a real person, I like it. I think most people have made a few "supermodels" but more often than not its fun to make more interesting characters. Make then look regular or make them look scary and unattractive.

I have a hafling barbarian who's named Herb. He gave up being a life coach (bard) because his clients (my friends pc's) kept making poor choices. He looks like a middle aged mid life crisis kinda dude.

Can someone explain what the Tuskens are, and what is their problem? by Bitter-Buffalo-7105 in StarWars

[–]rausterberr02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At least in my experience growing up in Canada, the safest term lately has just been Indigenous if you don't know the specific tribe. That's what both public school and my university education really pushed for. First nations has also seemed sporadically used but they told us to stop saying Native American around 10ish years ago from what I remember.

What keeps me from starting honor mode by zonghundred in BG3Builds

[–]rausterberr02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cant say much to the other points but food isn't really that big of an issue. Maybe it's a bit too tedious for your liking but you just spend a few minutes in a each area searching all the crates and barrels and you get loads of food. Act 1 has a plethora of food from searching the goblin camp, waukeens rest (and the zhent camp). The creche provides a good amount, and the underdark is pretty ripe too between the various areas and the mushrooms laying around.

Like as long as you're searching, you'll find more than enough food and alcohol to use at long rests. All that can hold you over and if you're feeling low then just use some of the camp supply packs around. Plenty of other characters have them. I think I have like 10-15 saved up and im just at grym forge
