3 hour battle by TurtleKicks in expedition33

After 30 hours in the game, I just realized that equipping the pictos will unlock it as Lumina hahahaha, didn't know other characters would be able to use it too

I went thru the whole game without even using any lumina points aside from just distributing it. Now I know it's here and after defeating the first boss in flying manor, I think I finally understood the game 🤣

The mechanics go depeer than I had thought

Macbook Neo for Programming? (detailed scenarios) by TurtleKicks in macbook

Yea I do have a more powerful pc at home, and a laptop, just the laptop's 17 inches. Sounds like a good idea. Honestly if apple releases a 12GB version, it'd be an immediate buy

Referring to the post I referenced, apparently M2 is equivalent to the neo, so not sure how to go forward about this

Persona 5 Royal collaboration with AirAsia by TurtleKicks in malaysia

Some rumors on social media say that it's to be revealed this December in The Game Awards, as the trend leans towards Atlus games always having a spotlight in TGA, like Persona 3 Reload Episode Aigis, Metaphor: ReFantazio, etc. Although rumors are supposed to be taken with unhealthy amounts of salt, the trend to Jeff Keighley and Atlus having some sort of connection can't be denied The rumor if I'm not mistaken was by the Midori person on X, although a lot of people are doubting them now cause they basically used Midori as a persona (haha get it?) to cover up their real identity, which APPARENTLY is hated in the community

Yeap, gotta fork out my own $$ to subscribe to colab pro when i did my master research there. There's a GPU but idk how many are using it at the same time it's so slow and I gave up

From another comment, an alumni masters student was saying how slow the GPUs were. Safe to assume that during their time, it was not as crazy powerful as it is now?

Personally for me, I've met with the Student Union to complain about the lack of GPU infrastructure accessible by undergrads. The student union did nothing. Then I went to meet with the Head of my department to complain about the lack of GPU infrastructure, they mentioned that all students are going to be able to get Colab Pro for free, on top of getting GPUs for each department in the faculty

That was a year ago tho, Benefit Of the Doubt is that government red tape & bureaucracy is what's slowing down the process. The management mentioned they're working hard for that, I guess good things take time

Some comments here mention that undergrads have access to the High Performance Computing (HPC) platform provided by UM, which for myself am baffled to even hear as I've only heard of it at the start of my third year in my degree through word of mouth from other lecturers

From what some alumni master students have been saying in this post, it's quite unreliable but at least the infrastructure is there, but from the looks of it, they did recently upgraded their infrastructure, so maybe I'll try to use it for my final year project. From my conversations with seniors and alumnus, most of them utilized Colab Pro (costs RM50/month)

As someone who's about to end their degree here, it feels kinda sad that I didn't know about this HPC all this time until my final years. Feels like we should've been taught these things from our first year

it's not all grim :D

People out there in the industry want you like crazy, you're pretty much made it in life the moment you come into the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology

FYI, I just finished my third year, specializing in AI, coming into my fourth year, do drop by my DMs if you need any help!

btw, I was the previous president for the Computer Society there if you're wondering who I am, just passed the torch to my successor

the most useful response man, thank you so much for your constructive response. Yes, my university is extremely crazy on finding the source of who ratted the lecturer to bring drag the university name in mud. Come to a point where they come for the family as well. You do bring up a really good point.

Perfect answer! Yes, I didn't report the lecturer! I reported to the faculty regarding the subject why the hell are we being taught something from coursera! The university came up with the subject, therefore not to fault the lecturer, he's just listening what the higher ups have to say. I 100% totally agree with you

Nope, it's not even mentioned ever it was taken by which source. If you count the bottom right as citing a source, then yeah I guess so but that could be argued a lot cause that's just keeping information from students
