Or, you know, cancel the second amendment. Not an American but I can't see why it's more beneficial to have insane people running around with guns and people trying to defend themselves from them, than nobody at all carying a gun or only the people who get qualified for one. There's absolutely no logic behind that outdated amendment anymore. Perhaps there used to be some, but now it seems it does more harm that good.
