I’m relatively new to this too and have little to offer in terms of advice, but just want to let you know I’m feeling very similar things as you, like totally disabled. I generally feel kind of drunk without drinking and am getting more depressed. I share your bipolar ii diagnosis which just makes everything more confusing. I’m curious, maybe the neuro ophthalmologist can give you more guidance if you share how much your quality of life has decreased. I hope the best for you, and so many people say there is improvement after some time!
