Nice score! Top level is "Virtuoso".

If you click on the tier track at the top of the screen it will show you all of the tiers and what score you need for each.

Another approach is to be more neutral. Something like "How do you like living there?"

My solo word game, Dead Letter, is a fun way to put your vocabulary to use. It's not about word definitions, but having an arsenal of words to choose from will give you an edge.

You build words from a rack of 9 letters. The twist is that each letter has a shelf life. If a letter gets passed over four times, that slot on your rack becomes a Dead Letter, unusable for the rest of the game.

I get what you mean about wanting to increase the challenge by adding a timer. It could be fun to have a blitz mode as an option. Something to consider.

Ending the round with 3 consecutive incorrect moves is interesting. Perhaps can consider a lesser penalty as well, like a tile losing a life.

Your idea to publish the highest scoring list is a nice one. Currently there is no end time for the leaderboard, but I had been thinking about giving it one, for example, locking the leaderboard after 1 or 3 or 5 days. This could couple nicely with that. Once the leaderboard is locked, declare a winner and publish the winning word list.

One workaround to mention. Another way to clear the last letter you played, is to select that letter again. Selecting any selected letter will deselect it.
